Those interested can go to ifest.be for a review of previous editions and information on Ifest 2004. Visitors can also pre-register for the trade fair through the website.
In 2002, thousands of visitors surfed to the Ifest website. Your data as an exhibitor are featured on the site, and you have the opportunity to place a banner.

Visitors' brochures

As of May 2004, an extensive visitors' brochure on Ifest 2004 will appear. This folder will be sent to ten thousand professionals at home and abroad.

Press campaigns

Before and during Ifest 2004 the press will cover the fair. Special arrangements have been made with known trade publication to provide permanent Ifest coverage.

Extensive media campaign

Visitors are approached via advertorials, advertisements and inserts in various publications.

Promotional material

Ifest has put together a kit of promotional material that you can use to publicise your participation among your current and prospective customers. The kit includes personalised admission tickets (with your company name and stand number), which allows free admission to your guests, and provides visitors' folders, stickers and posters. After the fair, you will receive a detailed summary of the visitors that visited the trade fair with your admission tickets.

Trade fair catalogue

Your address and company datasheet are included in the trade fair catalogue which is issued to every visitor free of charge.
